Robbery Suspect Held After Store Security Guard Attacked
A man was arrested Sunday after attacking a store security guard in north Spokane, police said.
Donald P. Krentkowski, 36, was booked into Spokane County Jail on a charge of first-degree robbery. He has a history of assaults and threatening law enforcement officers, police said.
A man was spotted taking several packages of cigarettes about 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Yoke’s Pac ‘N Save, 210 E. North Foothills Drive, police said.
The security guard watched the man walk out of the store and stopped him in the parking lot.
The man attacked the guard and ran.
Krentkowski was arrested after the guard found him at a gas station at Bridgeport and Nevada, police said. , DataTimes
