Eagle Ridge Adding Lots To Development

Eagle Ridge, an upscale development south of Qualchan Golf Course on Meadow Lane Road in southwest Spokane, announced it will add 133 lots as part of a new building phase.

Citing better-than-forecasted sales, nearly half of the lots will be available for sale later this spring, said Kim Whitman, Eagle Ridge development manager. In addition, five model homes are under construction, and will be ready for the 1998 Showcase of Homes beginning June 12.

Eagle Ridge is being developed by Genstar Land Co. Northwest, which has 13 offices in the U.S. and Canada.
