Task Force Sets Up Po Box, Hotline For Tips

Hungry for more clues, Spokane’s serial killer task force has set up a post office box and toll-free telephone number so the public can send in tips.

The joint city-county task force, formed last fall, is investigating the unsolved murders of more than 20 women since 1984. Seven of the homicides have been linked to a serial killer or killers.

Detectives have received nearly 1,500 tips already, but no arrests have been made.

Letters with information about the case should be sent to Homicide Task Force, P.O. Box 3111, Spokane WA 99220. Residents who prefer to phone in a tip can call 1-888-211-4980.
