Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Mark C. Bobbitt 41, Coeur d’Alene, insufficient-funds check fraud (three counts), $2,500 bond.

Deborah S. Booth 32, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/parole violation, felony driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

Jennyfer L.A. Hall 19, Rathdrum, Idaho, grand theft, contempt/no driver’s license, $2,713 bond.

Russell T. Plott 27, Airway Heights, grand theft, $10,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Jeffrey J. Cantrell 32, Spirit Lake, Idaho, contempt/driving while suspended, $388 bond.

Patrick C. Costello 25, Otis Orchards, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $275 bond.

Isaac J. Dante 21, Rathdrum, Idaho, contempt/willful concealment, $174 bond.

David E. Darrar 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/boating under the influence, $480 bond.

Deane A. Gates 21, Colville, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia, failure to appear/possession of paraphernalia, $538 bond, two days in jail.

Kevin S. Graves 32, Spirit Lake, Idaho, contempt/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $338 bond.

James L. Hartley 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, $164 bond.

Jeffery L. Keith 45, Pinehurst, Idaho, contempt/battery, $163 bond.

Randall A. Kittilstved 39, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, $73 bond.

Pamela C. Luton 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $350 bond.

John W. Mattmiller 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, failure to appear/petty theft, $127 bond, eight days in jail.

Adam M. Sieben 18, Sandpoint, contempt/ liquor-minors, $150 bond.
