Flasher May Be Operating At Park
A flasher may be operating in Spokane’s Lincoln Park, police said.
Officers said Wednesday they have received several complaints recently about a man who exposes himself to residents as they walk along a nature trail at the park.
The most recent report came Tuesday. A woman told police a man flashed her about 10:45 a.m. as she walked through the park, which is near the intersection of Southeast and Rockwood boulevards.
Police questioned a suspect but did not have enough evidence to arrest him, police spokesman Dick Cottam said.
Anyone with information on the flasher is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
