Leaford Hackett 35-yard pass from Paul Mencke. Rian Lindell kick. Two plays, 83 yards, :34. Kevin Brown took the first play around the corner and slipped past middle linebacker Marcus Bell for 48 yards. Mencke then found Hackett in the flat who also slipped past Bell for the score.
Arizona 10, WSU 7 Trung Canidate 75-yard run. McDonald kick. Two plays, 82 yards, :58. Canidate, who averages 45 yards a touchdown run, busted through the right side and streaked into the end zone for his 10th career touchdown.
