Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Angela D. Bowman 24, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $1,000 bond.

Joey L. Hobbs 34, Hayden, failure to appear/ possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Andre C. Laurent 46, Post Falls, parole violation/aggravated assault, $5,000 bond.

Joshua D. Luther 19, Hayden, burglary, $5,000 bond.

Ian C. Monroe 19, Spokane, burglary, possession of marijuana, $5,000 bond.

MISDEMEANORS

Charles L. Caster 50, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/disturbing the peace, $374 bond.

Scott A. Charles 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/petty theft, failure to appear/ possession of paraphernalia, $1,473 bond.

Derek L. Colarusso 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/malicious injury to property, driving while suspended, $1,026 bond.

Casey D. Dotts 20, Rathdrum, contempt and failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, $259 bond, one day in jail.

Steven P. Ensminger 42, Spokane, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $96 bond.

Marvin E. Fowler 52, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $174 bond.

David B. Jones 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ no driver’s license, $225 bond.
