Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Vince A. Baines 18, Spokane, grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Robert P. Fowler 37, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear for parole violation/eluding, $20,000 bond.

Michael H. Radford 27, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft (three counts), $25,000 bond.

Shane A. Schilling 32, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance, false personation, $20,500 bond.

Lori S. Wade 35, Rathdrum, possession/and/ or manufacture of methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Steve A. Alexander 28, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/unlawful entry, petty theft, fishing without a license, $893 bond.

Andrew M. Bache 19, Spokane, contempt/ failure to display plates, $75 bond.

Verna M. Batman 58, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $102 bond.

Kevin M. Campbell 22, Lewiston, contempt/ driving under the influence, $394 bond.

Samuel T. Cole 27, Spokane, contempt/ minor in possession of alcohol, failure to appear for OSC hearing, $585 bond.

Beau D. Evans 18, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ minor in possession of tobacco, $173 bond.

Edward W. Gernert III 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $388 bond.

Jeramy D. Glaspie 23, Athol, contempt/non-sufficient funds check fraud, $200 bond.

Rickey E. Gould 49, Chelan, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, $600 bond.

Todd A. Harpole 28, Hayden, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $124 bond.

Cynthia R. Korakis 30, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $288 bond.

Melvin C. Morris 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ negligent boating, $373 bond.

David J. Spindler 21, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, $223 bond.

Fred J. Stephenson 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $129 bond.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine. The names of more wanted felons can be found on the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Department Internet home page at http://www.dmi.net/kcsd/.
