Prison Releases

The following people were released from the Washington Department of Corrections prisons in September:

Darrel Williams Sentenced in Spokane County to 12 years for second-degree murder, Williams was released to Spokane County after serving seven years and 10 months.

Chip Ugland Sentenced in Whatcom County to seven years, six months for first-degree rape, Ugland was released to Spokane County after serving six years, three months and eight days.

Brian Richardson Sentenced in King County to seven years, six months for rape of child, Richardson was released to Spokane County after serving five years, 10 months and 13 days.

Ronald Gober Sentenced in Spokane County to eight years, one month for indecent liberties, Gober was released to Spokane County after serving seven years, nine months and 25 days.

David Beckley Sentenced in Clark County to three years, two months for sexual abuse of a child, Beckley was released to Spokane County after serving two years, six months and 10 days.

James Tolliver Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for first-degree robbery, Tolliver was released to Spokane County after serving nine months and 10 days.

Hoka Farrell Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, seven months for first-degree robbery, Farrell was released to Ferry County after serving one year, two months and 23 days.

Timothy Binford Sentenced in Yakima County to one year for second-degree robbery, Binford was released to Spokane County after serving seven months and two days.

William Harmon Sentenced in Ferry County to one year and one month for second-degree assault, Harmon was released to Spokane County after serving five months and eight days.

Dale Bohnert Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, five months for vehicular assault, Bohnert was released to Spokane County after serving one year, one month and one day.

Ronald Bartlett Sentenced in Lewis County to two years for assault, Bartlett was released to Spokane County after serving one year, seven months and 18 days.

Raymond Crandall Sentenced in Cowlitz County to one year, two months for assault, Crandall was released to Spokane County after serving six months and 29 days.

Matthew Selm Sentenced in Pierce County to one year, five months for assault, Selm was released to Spokane County after serving 10 months.

Evan McKeirnan Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, eight months for assault, McKeirnan was released to Spokane County after serving 10 months and 26 days.

Dean Claypool Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for assault, Claypool was released to Spokane County after serving five months and 21 days.

Terrance Laramie Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, five months for assault, Laramie was released to Okanogan County after serving seven months and 20 days.

Peggye Mitchell Sentenced in Spokane County to one year for arson, Mitchell was released to Pierce County after serving five months and eight days.

Timothy Price Sentenced in Spokane County to two years, two months for second-degree burglary, Price was released to Spokane County after serving one year, two months and 27 days.

Raymond Franetich Sentenced in Spokane County to three years, seven months for second-degree burglary, Franetich was released to Spokane County after serving two years, seven months and 17 days.

Paul Hill Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, five months for automobile theft, Hill was released to Spokane County after serving eight months and 12 days.

James Howard Sentenced in Spokane County to one year, 10 months for a miscellaneous felony, Howard was released to Spokane County after serving one year, one month and 24 days.
