Showcase Will Highlight Creative ‘98 People

Music and magic will entertain those at Pig Out in the Park on Sunday as part of The Spokesman-Review’s “Creative Review” Showcase.

The Creative Review will include three acts that have been profiled in the newspaper’s Creative ‘98 series, which highlights local people and their approaches to life.

Beginning at 3 p.m., Spokesman-Review columnist Doug Clark will emcee the program from the main stage in the gondola meadow at the corner of Spokane Falls and Post in Riverfront Park.

The calypso/reggae band of Moko Jumbie opens the show, followed by magician Dave Womack. The program ends with a gospel choir concert by Angels with Attitude.
