Greyhound Drivers Ratify New Contract
Greyhound bus drivers have ratified a new union contract with the bus company, a company official said Tuesday.
Craig Lentzsch, president and chief executive officer of Greyhound Lines Inc., said the new contract will enable Greyhound to pursue the company’s growth plans. A tentative agreement on the new contract was reached in July after 15 days of talks. The current contract does not expire until Jan. 31, 1999.
