Bus Route Changes
What’s going to happen to the bus you ride?
In some cases your bus route has been eliminated altogether. In others, it has a new route number.
The STA has unveiled a new numbering system that corresponds with the geographical area or type of service of a route.
For example:
All routes in the 20s serve the North Side.
Routes in the 30s run east-west and connect with other routes to make city loops.
Routes in the 40s serve the South Side.
Routes in the 60s serve the West Plains.
Routes in the 70s are freeway express services to Spokane Valley Park and Ride lots.
Routes in the 80s have fixed routes with “flex” or special deviation route options.
Routes in the 90s are Valley routes.
