Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Beverly G. Cathey 36, Bend, Ore., grand theft, $10,000 bond.

Tracey L. Hughes 32, Kalispell, Mont., possession of amphetamine, $5,000 bond.

John J. Kolberg 56, Coeur d’Alene, lewd conduct with a minor under 16 (four counts), $250,000 bond.

Eli C. Skalak 19, Coeur d’Alene, aggravated assault, $10,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Robert J. Campbell 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, operating a vehicle without registration, failure to appear/battery, malicious injury, $2,925 bond.

Kevin J. Choate 29, Medical Lake, contempt/driving while suspended, $65 bond.

Keith A. Colston 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of paraphernalia (two counts), $235 bond.

Gregory D. Dawe 46, Spokane, contempt/reckless driving, $325 bond.

David J. Embree 22, Newman Lake, Wash., contempt/petty theft, possession of paraphernalia (two counts), petty theft, $3,602 bond.

Donald H. Gould 28, Post Falls, contempt/domestic battery, $150 bond.

Tony L. Gust 19, Spokane, contempt/inattentive driving, $220 bond.

Kenneth L. Hendricks 40, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $570 bond.

Terry J. Legrand 36, Spokane, contempt/driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, $718 bond.

Christopher R. Parker 24, Spokane, contempt/petty theft, minor in possession of alcohol, $420 bond.

Tamera L. Ryen 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol and tobacco, $110 bond.

Brian D. Schlecht 36, Bayview, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, $537 bond.

Dean D. Stevens 27, Sandpoint, contempt/petty theft, $375 bond.

Frank A. Thompson 51, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $351 bond.

Mindy L. Watson 19, Post Falls, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $100 bond.
