Personal: Age 58 … resident of Spokane Valley for 38 years … self-employed for 28 years, running several food service businesses, a photo business and an electronics business … member of Spokane Public Facilities District Board of Directors … senior member of the West Valley School District Board of Directors … Mirabeau Point Project Advisory Committee … married with five daughters.

Education: Studied accounting and business at Glendale College.

Finances: As of Tuesday, $7,080, including $500 of his own money.

Campaign manager: Martin Brunette, investment broker at Interpacific Investors Services Inc.
