Recognize Him?

FBI agents hope someone will recognize a bank robber whose crime was caught on a security camera.

A man robbed the Wells Fargo branch at 2910 E. 30th on Friday afternoon. No one was hurt.

Agents said the man, whose face was covered by a mask or hood, was carrying a distinctive pistol and a bag with an unusual logo on it.

The handgun was a semiautomatic, similar to a Beretta. The hood could be a mesh sniper’s hood, agents said.

Witnesses said the robber was wearing a light blue shirt or smock, light tan or white shorts and high-top hiking boots or shoes.

He is about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs between 150 and 170 pounds.

Anyone with information on the robbery is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
