Student thanks voters

My name is Cindy Backus. I am a sixth grader from University Elementary.

I would like to thank the voters of the Central Valley School District for voting yes to the recent school bond. I have enjoyed the last three years in a newly remodeled elementary school and am looking forward to the new Bowdish Junior High. The new schools, I believe, will be a great learning environment for kids.

I will try my best to keep the new junior high and high school clean and non-violent.
