Day Wireless Opens In Spokane

Day Wireless Systems has opened a Spokane office.

Sales Manager Tom Sieverding said the Oregonbased chain will honor service contracts made by Inland Communications, which closed last week.

Day will be a Motorola Wireless dealership handling two-way radios, paging and other services, he said.

“Basically, it’s going to be the same thing that Inland was,” Sieverding said.

He said Day retained 15 Inland employees, relocating them to a new office at 125 E. Mission.

The official move-in day is Wednesday, but the doors were open Monday, Sieverding said.

Day Wireless operates more than 30 offices on the West Coast from its headquarters in Milwaukie, Ore.
