Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Scott A. Carter 39, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Virginia C. Morley 35, Rockford, Wash., burglary (two counts), $25,000 bond.

April A. Nothstein 26, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Rebecca L. Ruben, aka Rebecca L. Romantic 32, Post Falls, fraudulent procurement of unemployment benefits, forgery (eight counts), $55,000 bond.

John C. Waterman 40, Post Falls, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Ferrell D. Arnold 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/hunting during closed season, $157 bond.

John C. Bermel 31, Medimont, Idaho, contempt/driving under the influence, $500 fine.

David J. Brown 36, Athol, contempt/ possession of a controlled substance, $200 bond.

Victoria A. Dixon-Knowlton 39, Sandpoint, contempt/petty theft, $257 bond.

Marion L. Draben 31, Hayden, contempt/ willful concealment, petty theft, $274 bond.

Michael L. Ferry 24, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, $600 bond.

Allen R. Jones Jr. 35, Hayden, contempt/ driving under the influence, $488 bond.

Francis C. Loso 42, Coeur d’Alene, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $444 bond, one day in jail.

Kathleen L. Mclean 42, Spokane, contempt and failure to appear/driving under the influence, $767 bond.

Tina L. Patterson 30, Rathdrum, contempt and failure to appear/ driving while suspended, $218 bond, two days in jail.

Tresa R. Rimes 35, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, driving while suspended, $$2,603.

Samuel T. Seguine 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $577 bond.

Derek A. Sheffield 23, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, $500 bond.

Russell T. Thornbrugh 37, Hayden, contempt/driving under the influence, $490 bond.

Kevin D. Warner 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $588 bond.
