Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Clayton J. Coglianese 35, Rathdrum, parole violation/burglary, $15,000 bond.

Frank T. Jashen 29, Tempe, Ariz., failure to appear/domestic battery, driving while suspended, $7,000 bond.

Michael A. Kollman 43, San Marcos, Calif., parole violation/malicious injury, $20,000 bond.

Tina M. Lincoln 33, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia, $7,500 bond.

Michelle C. McCartney 28, Boise, nonsufficient funds checks, $2,000 bond.

Jerod L. Beeman 26, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, injury to a child, $438 bond.

Timothy S. Bernal 36, Veradale, Wash., contempt/invalid driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance, $405 bond.

Richard L. Camack 44, Prosser, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, possession of paraphernalia, $350 bond.

Benjamin J. Coker 18, Kalispell, Mont., contempt/possession of a controlled substance, $74 bond.

Mark P. Crawford 24, Milton-Freewater, Ore., contempt/no registration in vehicle, $163 bond.

Glenn K. Eagleman 44, Box Elder, Mont., contempt/driving under the influence, $517 bond.

Kenneth D. Eagleson 19, Kennewick, Wash., contempt/carrying a concealed weapon with a permit, $113 bond.

Joel C. Hines 31, Republic, Wash., contempt/possession of drug paraphernalia, $747 bond.

Andrea M. Holdren 21, Spokane, contempt/ petty theft, $73 bond.

Bobbie J. Hussain 25, Spokane, contempt/ open container, $85 bond.

Gregory K. Marble 41, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $88 bond.

Richard A. Jendro 37, Otis Orchards, Wash., contempt/driving while suspended, $338 bond.

Richard H. Johnson 30, Kalispell, Mont., contempt/driving under the influence, $405 bond.

Kim T. Kissee 31, Fairfield, Wash., contempt and failure to appear/invalid driver’s license, $175 bond, five days in jail.

Douglas K. Loudon 37, Spokane, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia, $223 bond.
