Bowhunting

Larry Jones, a master bowhunter from Oregon, will be the lead presenter during seminars at the second annual Sportsman’s Archery Clinic and Barbecue on Friday at the Spokane Valley Archery Range, 3809 S. Linke.

The event runs from 4-9 p.m., with the range staff assisting in special clinics for novice shooters as well as women and kids.

Cost is $10 for adults and $7 for kids under 16, includes food, clinics and drawings worth about $1,000.
