Nature Hike Key To Trees

Learn to key the 10 most common coniferous trees species in northeastern Washington forests in a short hike near Swan Lake on Saturday. The session will be led by a Colville National Forest biologist beginning at 10 a.m. at the kitchen shelter in the Swan Lake Campground, 15 miles southwest of Republic at the end of Scatter Creek Road.
