NASA engineers and technicians will carefully chart the progress of the largest and most expensive unmanned spacecraft as it zooms within 725 miles of Earth late today . The 3,420-pound Cassini Spacecraft is gaining momentum for the final leg of its meandering seven-year voyage to Saturn. The two-story, $3.4 billion spacecraft is carrying a load of deadly plutonium, but mission officials say it poses virtually no risk.
