Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Toby D. Adams 26, Coeur d’Alene, felony driving under the influence, failure to appear/ driving while suspended, $5,000 bond, five days in jail.

Jeffrey A. Barnes 21, Spokane, burglary, grand theft, $20,000 bond.

Allen H. Spink 36, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $20,000 bond.

Dona T. Vernon 31, Spokane, parole violation/injury to a child, $10,000 bond.

Benjamin J. Cameron 30, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license (two counts), $427 bond.

Russell G. Fields 43, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, inattentive driving, $932 bond.

Michael J. Finnincum 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/resisting arrest, $85 bond.

Sheri S. Harness 38, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, $500 bond.

Jon D. Johnson 27, Priest River, contempt/ inattentive driving, invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/open container, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $572 bond, five days in jail.

Tony J. Pehrson 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence (two counts), $341 bond.

Derek E. Peterson 21, Rose Lake, contempt/ driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $1,000 bond.

Kenneth W. Pluff Jr. 19, Desmet, contempt/ possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, $129 bond.

Brandon M. Quigley 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $500 bond.

Eugene B. Schultz III 21, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $366 bond.

John P. Simons 31, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $69 bond.

Louann R. Smith 38, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $373 bond.

Jessica L. Waldvogel 21, Pinehurst, contempt/disturbing the peace, $343 bond.
