Clark Fork Rolls Into First Place

The arrow is pointing to a new leader in the North Star League.

Brent Stutzke hit four 3-pointers and scored 21 points on Tuesday to lead Clark Fork over visiting Falls Christian, 75-44, and into first place in the NSL.

Stutzke finished 7 of 14 from the floor as Clark Fork (4-1 NSL) avenged its lone league loss of the year. Shawn Rounsville added eight rebounds, and Derrick Higgins had four assists and three steals for the Wampus Cats.

The A-4 District I Tournament doesn’t begin until Feb. 22.

Priest River’s Dane Ackley added eight assists, five rebounds and three steals.
