Knipprath Cellars Inc. has been approved to manufacture wine in Washington state from grapes or other agricultural products, to sell wine of their own production at retail for on- or off-premises consumption and to act as a distributor for wine of their own production at Knipprath Cellars Inc., 5634 E. Commerce St.

Judith Sanders has been approved to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption at Lone Cactus Saloon, 415 W. Hastings Road.
