Two Arrested On Drug Charges

Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Spokane couple for drug possession at the corner of Montgomery and Argonne on Wednesday morning.

Jason L. Fuller, 23, of 2228 N. Astor, and his wife Jennifer L. Fuller, 31, were both arrested on felony charges of possession of cocaine and methamphetamines at 9:40 a.m.

Deputies responded to the area after managers at the Village Square Apartments at 9310 E. Montgomery reported two apartment burglaries 10 minutes earlier.

Victims described the burglar as a white male, 5-foot-9, 170 pounds, with a beard and long blond hair.

He was wearing a black coat and gloves and last seen on the west side of the apartment complex heading north.

A deputy patrolling the area saw the Fullers at an STA bus stop at the corner of Argonne and Montgomery.

Jason Fuller seemed to match the description, according to police reports.

The deputy questioned and then patted down Fuller and found a number of plastic bags with what appeared to be cocaine and methamphetamines.

The apartment manager said Fuller did not match the description of the burglary suspect.
