Help Uncover Intolerance

Intolerance and discrimination rear their ugly heads far more often than most of us would like to believe. And we’ve all been guilty of it at one time or another. It may be as seemingly harmless as moving to another seat in the cafeteria because someone who dresses differently sat down next to us, to as blatant as yelling racial slurs.

As we begin the countdown to year 2000 and the new millennium that follows, Our Generation will take a look at intolerance and discrimination on high school campuses from the eyes of tomorrow’s leaders.

If you want to share a personal story of discrimination or tell us about a student or a group of students at your school who are doing something to fight intolerance, send us a note. You can reach us via fax, e-mail, phone or regular mail at the numbers and addresses at the bottom of the page.
