Cool Diner L.L.C. has been approved for a license to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales, either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Frank’s Diner, 1516 W. Second Ave.

Murguia’s Inc., Sergio and Francisco Murguia, and Yolanda Robles, have applied for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the individual serving for on-premises consumption. Beer and wine may be sold either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at Tres Coronas, 118 W. Francis.

K mart Corporation, Floyd Hall, Nancie LaDuke and Michael Viola have applied for a license to sell beer and wine for off-premises consumption in bottles, cans, or in original containers at K mart, 6606 N. Division.

Robert and Crystal Waggy have applied for a license to sell beer and wine for on-premises consumption in conjunction with food sales, either on tap or in opened bottles or cans at El Rio Mexican Restaurant, 2023 W. Northwest Blvd.
