Some Counts Dropped Against Kehoe, Lee

From Staff

A federal judge on Wednesday dismissed weapons and robbery charges against two men accused of plotting to set up a whites-only nation.

U.S. District Judge G. Thomas Eisele’s ruling doesn’t affect the murder and conspiracy charges against Chevie Kehoe and Daniel Lee.

Kehoe and Lee, both 24, are charged with murder in the 1996 killings of William and Nancy Mueller and her 8-year-old daughter, Sarah Powell.
