At A Glance Whitewater Update

Bill Parks of Northwest River Supply in Moscow, Idaho, will be in Spokane on Wednesday to tell what’s new in river-running equipment and offer an update on rules affecting boating groups within the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness. Visitors are welcome to hear Parks at the Northwest Whitewater Association meeting, 7 p.m., at Solicitor’s Corner Restaurant, 6301 N. Division St.
