U.S. Marshals Seek Spokane Man
Secret Witness is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted by U.S. Marshals.
Joseph (Jo-Jo) Andrews, 28, has a violent history and should be considered dangerous, Spokane police spokesman Dick Cottam said.
Cottam said police do not know why Andrews is wanted, but said he is believed to be in Spokane.
Andrews’ convictions include two counts of first-degree manslaughter in the 1994 killings of a man and woman who were shot while sitting in a car near Third and Maple in Spokane.
He is 5 foot 7 and 160 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their name to be eligible for the reward.
