Tri-City GM Don Hay has been busy. His latest acquisition Friday is a gem. Goaltender Jeff Blair, who’ll play for the East in the Jan. 20 WHL All-Star Game, was acquired from the Saskatoon Blades for netminder Aaron Baker and future considerations. Blair is expected to start in net for the Americans.
