Business Section To Change

It won’t be business as usual on these pages next week.

Beginning Sunday and then continuing on a daily basis, the Business pages of the The Spokesman-Review will have something new and special for readers.

Sunday’s special topic will be news of the workplace. Business, which will lead off its own section of the newspaper that day, will also include classified advertising for employment, training, education and business opportunities.

Monday’s Business page will feature stories about new technology. Tuesday’s theme is Northwest Resources, emphasizing news of agriculture, mining and timber industries. Wednesday’s emphasis is on retail and real estate news. On Thursdays, a special feature - “FYI” - will add to the mix of daily news. Friday’s focus is on small business. And on Saturdays, the section will feature stories about personal finance, as well as a second installment of our Business Beat names, faces and news.

For readers, in addition to local, state, national and international business news, there will be something special every day. A new and better way to do Business.
