Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Todd A. Harpole 28, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $5,124 bond.

Michael D. Mallet 37, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine (two counts), $30,000 bond.

David Porter 58, Hayden, grand theft, failure to appear/debtor’s exam, $20,000 bond.

Brenton L. Walker 37, Hayden, failure to appear/nonsufficient funds checks, domestic battery, $6,372 bond.

Barry G. Wengren 47, Hayden, trafficking marijuana, $10,000 bond.
