Outstanding Warrants

Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Victor G. Dow 29, Portland, failure to purchase a driver’s license, $200 bond.

Albert B. Draine 22, Kellogg, minor consuming, $253 bond.

Matthew E. Druffel 31, Spokane, driving while suspended, $564 bond.

Michael L. Dry 47, Spokane, driving with an expired driver’s license, $67 bond.

Robert W. E. Dry 23, Wallace, failure to purchase a driver’s license, operating an unregistered vehicle, $200 bond.

Jim E. Dubry 34, Silverton, domestic battery, $151 bond.

Cynthia J. Duncan 30, Kellogg, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $1,000 bond.

Mathew S. Duncan 26, Kellogg, minor consuming, $100 bond.

Daniel B. Dustin 20, Kellogg, reckless driving, racing, $200 bond.

James E. Dye 34, Sullivan, Mo., driving without privileges, inattentive driving, $564 bond.

Kenneth A. Dyreson 33, Kellogg, battery, $100 bond.

James T. Earl 28, Laurel, Mont., possession of marijuana, $251 bond.

Clifford J. Eaton, aka Frank S. Eaton 45, Cataldo, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, transporting open seal of whiskey, $3,000 bond.

David N. Eaton 21, Coeur d’Alene, driving while suspended, $2,000 bond.

Jesse L. Edwards Jr. 35, Wallace, exhibition of a deadly weapon, disturbing the peace, malicious injury to property, battery, $1,235 bond.

Raymond Edwards 24, Philadelphia, Penn., petty theft, $250 bond.

Daniel J. Elam 20, Kellogg, possession of a suspended driver’s license, petty theft, $800 bond.

Kevin A. Enders 29, Libby, Mont., possession of drug paraphernalia, $500 bond or $200 cash.

Most contempt warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Shoshone County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
