Scott Coulter of Boonsboro, Md., takes a tumble while riding his kayak though a small rapid Thursday on the Shenandoah River near Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The recent warm temperatures in the East brought out numerous water sport lovers who were denied their pastime this summer due to low water levels on local rivers.
