Trail Workers Needed
Mount Spokane State Park
Volunteer groups from churches, scouting groups and recreation organizations have been a major boost to trail maintenance at Mount Spokane State Park.
But more help is needed.
Cross country skiers and mountain bikers are looking for more help to clear the trails that sprawl out from the Selkirk Lodge Sno-Park area. Volunteers can join organized groups for trail clearing next Sunday as well as on Aug. 14, Sept. 11, Sept. 19 and Oct. 2. Info: Tom Frost, 467-9835.
Groups that would like to take on other trails should call the state park rangers at 238-4258.
