Giving An Exhibit

Philanthropist Paul Mellon gave works of are he collected to the National Gallery of Art throughout the century before his death in February at age 91. Now the gallery has announced that it will put his gifts on display Nov. 7. The exhibit will include about 100 paintings, sculptures and prints, including Degas’ original wax model of the “Little Dancer Fourteen Years Old.” The exhibit will run through next February.
