Tips Sought On Rape Suspect

Secret Witness is offering a cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a man wanted for rape.

Arrest warrants have also been issued accusing Brett Allen Marcell, 25, of delivery of a controlled substance and intimidation of a witness.

Marcell’s 14 criminal convictions include rape, assault and drug trafficking, police said.

He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

Anyone with information on Marcell’s whereabouts is asked to call Secret Witness at 327-5111. Callers do not have to give their name to be eligible for the reward.
