A Note To Our Readers
Friday’s Milt Priggee cartoon triggered a large telephone response from puzzled readers. Here is the explanation:
Priggee wrote the words that appeared in his space on Friday’s Opinion Page. The words were his way of commenting on this week’s news that Coeur d’Alene city officials decided the Aryan Nations do have a First Amendment right to hold a parade this summer, but will have to hold that parade on Ramsey Road near the old Coeur d’Alene garbage dump.
We are sorry for the confusion Priggee’s cartoon caused.
