Schools Chief Finalists Visit Colville This Week

The Colville School Board chose two finalists Monday among 11 candidates to replace Superintendent Rick Cole, who is moving to Sunnyside.

They are Duane Reidenbach, superintendent of the Republic School District in Ferry County, and Merrill “Jack” Adams, superintendent of the Montesano School District in Grays Harbor County.

Reidenbach faces interviews today, and will meet district residents in an hourlong public forum at 5 p.m. at Colville High School. Adams will follow the same schedule on Wednesday.
