Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Ronald L. Arnold 37, Rochester, Wash., failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $25,000 bond.

Randy R. Chaney 34, Colville, Wash., grand theft, failure to appear/driving while suspended, $5,750 bond.

Bruce D. Knutson 45, Coeur d’Alene, failure to appear/aggravated assault (two counts), $50,000 bond.

David E. Meeks Jr. 33, Coeur d’Alene, felony driving under the influence, $2,500 bond.

Jay H. Statton 40, Spokane, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, $1,000 bond.

Kenneth W. Bacon 30, Post Falls, contempt and failure to appear/failure to notify upon striking highway fixture, $573 bond.

Holly M. Casteel 21, Kellogg, contempt/inattentive driving, $163 bond.

Marjorie J. Dixon 29, Hayden, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $165 bond.

Daniel L. Galbreath 29, Mullan, contempt/driving while suspended, $238 bond.

Michael D. Lewis 30, Kellogg, contempt/open container, $65 bond.

Elias W. Rolando 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $374 bond.

James R. Schomer 27, Post Falls, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, $588 bond.

Robert L. SiJohn 39, Plummer, contempt/driving while suspended, $242 bond.

Fred J. Stephenson 33, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, driving while suspended, $468 bond.

Jeffrey A. Watson 44, Spanaway, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $588 bond.

Robert J. Weisenburg 38, Cle Elum, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, $215 bond.

Roy A. Wells 30, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/petty theft, driving while suspended (three counts), $2,112 bond, 10 days in jail.

Rick L. White 49, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, eluding, $1,925 bond.

Mark A. Yurashak Jr. 21, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/open container, $100 bond.

Jonathan A. Ziegler 25, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $147 bond.
