Fire Breaks Out At Kaiser Plant

From Staff Reports

A fire broke out late Tuesday night at a Kaiser Aluminum Corp. plant, a dispatcher for the Spokane Fire Department said.

The dispatcher, who did not want to be identified, said it was a “small fire in a filter room.”

It was not clear if the fire was at the Trentwood plant or the Mead plant, both in the Spokane area. Other details were not immediately available.
