Meth Lab Discovery Leads To Arrest

Sat., June 26, 1999

Sheriff’s deputies raided a Valley apartment Thursday to dismantle a methamphetamine laboratory at 8211 E. Knox.

On Tuesday, they arrested 20-year-old Raundell Cervantes at that address and seized a pound of meth and nearly $5,000 in cash, said deputy Dave Reagan, Sheriff’s Department spokesman.

On Thursday, they served a search warrant on the apartment and three cars, found the lab and took it apart.
