KOOTENAI COUNTY

Kootenai County has a backlog of more than 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. William C. Casteel Jr. 30, Hayden, failure to appear/possession of methamphetamine, parole violation/ driving while suspended, $20,000 bond.

Michael J. Derr 24, Coeur d’Alene, grand theft, $50,000 bond.

Todd W. Reynolds 35, Hayden, possession of ephedrine with intent to manufacture, driving while suspended, leaving the scene of an accident, $21,000 bond.

Marcus I. Peterson 31, Boise, failure to appear/ possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended, $21,500 bond.

Igal Blumstein 41, Post Falls, contempt/driving while suspended, $23 bond.

Lester H. Davis Jr. 27, Sandpoint, contempt/expired driver’s license, $63 bond.
