Paula Jones - who sued President Clinton for sexual harassment, later agreeing to an $850,000 out-of-court settlement - was ticketed early Sunday on Interstate 30 about 25 miles southwest of Little Rock, Ark., for having a suspended driver’s license. She had been pulled over for having a burned-out taillight, Arkansas State Police said. The trooper ran a computer check on Jones’ California license and learned it had been suspended for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge out of Long Beach, Calif., where she used to live. A police spokesman said later he does not know what the Long Beach charge involves.
