While Sitting Courtside, Try Tuning In

Don’t touch that dial when tuning in to State B basketball tournaments on the radio.

At least don’t touch it too much.

Most of the boys State B games will be found on KJRB-AM 790. The station will carry 21 of the 26 games, including all eight openers on Wednesday.

KGA-AM 1510 will handle the other five boys games, including winner’s bracket games on Thursday and Friday night at 6:30 and 8, and Saturday’s 9 p.m. championship. All 26 girls State B games will be on KKPL-AM 630. KXLY-AM 920 will serve as a backup in case Eastern Washington University men’s playoff games are on the air.

Both championship games will be televised by KHQ-TV, channel 6.
