Teens Arrested For Throwing Bottles

Three Otis Orchards teenagers were arrested early Tuesday morning on suspicion of throwing beer bottles out of their third-floor hotel window.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested John D. Pooley, 19, of 4626 N. Darin Road; Ronald G. Thompson, 18, of 4606 N. Darin Road; and Sara C. Borgman, 18, of 5411 N. Arden for second-degree malicious mischief.

A deputy responded to the Super 8 Motel at 2020 N. Argonne around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday after witnesses reported beer bottles being thrown out of a hotel window.

Deputies arrested the three after witnesses said they saw them throw cases of beer out the window, damaging a car in the parking lot below.

The three were booked into Spokane County Jail early that morning.
