North Spokane Family Health Center is requesting a special permit for additional off-street parking for 10 cars near their building at 124 W. Rowan.

2 p.m. meeting for nonhearing items, public works building, 1026 W. Broadway

Among other business at the morning briefing, commissioners will hear a report on plans to rearrange departments within county buildings to clear space for additional courtrooms.

Among other matters, the board will hear a report about upcoming events.

The board will hold a public hearing regarding proposed changes to the county’s billboard ordinance.
