Letters To The Editor
Woman who hit boy should fess up
This letter is for the women in the maroon car who hit my son in the 7800 block of East Euclid Avenue in Millwood on April 24.
Who taught you how to drive?
Are you supposed to leave the scene of an accident?
How can you sleep at night, knowing you hit a little boy?
How do you live with your conscience after something like that?
If you have a decent bone in your body, you would turn yourself in. You would show my son that people do the right thing if they are honest with themselves.
It is hard enough being a child in this world today.
You are not helping kids by teaching them that it’s OK to harm another person and then just up and leave without an ounce of concern for their well-being.
If anyone knows who this person is, please do the right thing and call crime check.
I would like to thank the mail carrier who came to my son’s assistance that afternoon. If it wasn’t for him, we would not have gotten a description of the car and a partial plate number. Judy Howell Spokane
